UND Aerospace Foundation office building remodel
DESIGN BUILD
North Sky reutilized a floor of an University of North Dakota Aerospace Foundation office building to better serve the needs of the occupant. A large conference room was converted into individual offices, a common space was converted into a new conference room, and a reception and delivery space was created. North Sky performed the demolition of existing floor finished, walls, and ceiling tiles; integrated electrical and mechanical systems into the framing; and completed the interior finishes, including drywall, new flooring and paint.
