GENERAL CONTRACTING

North Sky restored and remodeled the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity house at the University of North Dakota after it suffered significant water damage due to burst pipes. North Sky provided the demolition, interior framing and drywall, installation of new LVT flooring, refinishing of existing hardwood floors, insulation, electrical, and plumbing updates for multiple floors of the house. Members of Beta Theta Pi were able to return to the house the semester after the flood damage occurred.
