North Sky Construction created a 32 by 85-foot storage facility for a commercial client using the innovative modular building approach. The storage building was created by making wall panels and roof panels in North Sky’s warehouse. By being able to work in a climate-controlled environment, we were able to construct the sections with more efficiency and to a higher quality. The project was able to be completed faster, as it only took two and a half days on site to erect the building and add exterior finishes at the very beginning of the spring building season.
