North Sky constructed this 3,000 square foot complex for a commercial client using a modular construction method. North Sky built the complex by creating ten individual modules through a hybrid approach of construction inside its climate-controlled warehouse. The modular units were nearly completely constructed in the warehouse and then transported to site to be set on a foundation. This allowed North Sky to work more efficiently and complete the project faster for our client, as we did not have to deal with the outside elements and had many safety risks reduced (such as fall risks). Increased efficiencies, increased productions, safer environment are some of the major advantages of modular building for both North Sky and our clients.
